Oral Surgery

Oral surgery is one of the specialties of the dental medicine, and the most common oral surgical procedures are extraction of a wisdom tooth, complicated extractions of impacted and retained mandibular canine or a wisdom tooth, resection of the root, extraction of the impacted tooth and removal of the broken roots. Oral surgery includes reconstruction of aesthetic and functional disorders of the oral cavity with pre-prosthetic, pre-implant procedures. In cooperation with other specialties of dental medicine, especially during the orthodontic therapy, sometimes it is necessary to extract some of the healthy tooth, milk or permanent, in order to have a healthy and comprehensive therapy.
